Cerwin Vega 18" x 4 boxes with Cerwin Vega Handles ?

The subs do NOT work. No idea why you can try fix them if you are a technician. They were bought for 289 each there are 4 and I only want 200 you can easily replace the subs. As you can see the boxes have been kept in good condition most the life in the living room, need the space now due to babies in our life. Thnk you for lookig
